Fees

The fee you are charged for a clinic visit varies with the complexity of your problem and the length of time required to properly manage your condition. Your bill reflects not only physician fees, but also fees for cast work, X-ray examinations, medical supplies, administration and special procedures. Please feel free to discuss any questions with the clinic administrator.

Payments and Insurance

We require payment at the time of service if you are without insurance coverage. If you are unable to pay in full on the day of service, payment arrangements can be made with the billing office manager to meet your financial needs. We also accept Visa and MasterCard. For those patients with insurance coverage, we will bill your primary and secondary insurance companies as a courtesy to you. Your insurance company may require co-payment at the time of service. Please keep in mind that you are ultimately responsible for the bill and we anticipate regular monthly payments even though you may have an insurance claim or lawsuit pending.
