Telephone Calls

All patients are encouraged to call with any questions or problems they may have regarding their medical condition. Our staff members have been trained to answer many of your questions. They will also relay your information to the doctor and your call will be returned or otherwise answered at the earliest opportunity.

After Hours Telephone Calls

A physician is available for emergency calls 24 hours a day. If you find it necessary to contact the doctor after office hours, the answering service will forward all messages to your physician or the physician on call for the group. Routine non-emergency and business matters are best handled during regular office hours.
